We're excited to share a few updates and new offerings for this year's Harvest Fest and Fairy Walk!
In past years, Fairy Walk tickets were assigned to specific morning or afternoon time slots. This year, Fairy Walk entry will be first come, first served, with small groups entering approximately every 10–15 minutes throughout the event. We are hoping that this update allows for smoother flow, shorter wait times, and more flexibility for families. No advance time selection is required.
Harvest Fest will have a general admission with no restricted time slot, and will include access to all activities and the Fairy Walk.
Food and refreshments will be available for purchase as an additional fundraiser supporting the 8th grade class.
We're excited to introduce a Costume Exchange, offering families the opportunity to donate, swap, and find costumes in a fun and sustainable way. More details coming soon!
We look forward to celebrating the season with you and creating a magical day for our community.
Bring your tickets (printed or on your phone), warm layers for the evening, and your sense of wonder! Come in costume to enjoy the wonder of the season.
The event runs rain or shine! In case of light rain, activities will continue with some modifications. In case of severe weather (thunderstorms, high winds), we will notify ticket holders via email about rescheduling. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another family. If the event is cancelled due to weather, full refunds will be issued automatically.
Yes! The Gnome's Kitchen offers warm soup, fresh bread, harvest treats, hot cider, and other seasonal refreshments for purchase. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available. All in support of our 8th Grade.
The Fairy Walk through the Enchanted World of Elements takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete at a leisurely pace. You're welcome to explore at your own pace and spend time at each elemental station.
Absolutely! The Fairy Walk & Harvest Festival is designed for families with children of all ages. The content is gentle and wonder-filled, appropriate for the youngest attendees while still magical for older children and adults. Children under 2 are free. We have a special toddler sensory table for our littlest visitors.
Yes, we need many volunteers to make this event possible! Visit our Volunteer page to see available roles and sign up for shifts. Volunteers pay $20 for their own admission instead of $35.
